[N.01/03]> The project
What it was, what I did.
Context
The studio ran on a spreadsheet, a calendar, notes and task apps that didn’t talk to each other. Every new client multiplied the mess.
What I built
A system with login and cloud data: the day in focus blocks, work grouped by client, a proposal pipeline, contracts as PDFs, quarterly goals and financial tracking. Each proposal becomes a branded page, and the system tells me when the client opens it and when they approve.
Outcome
It replaced the spreadsheets and scattered tools. I use it daily, and it became the blueprint for what I build for clients.
